These are interior photos of a unit with an upstairs/downstairs floor plan, as opposed to
the more desirable single-level floor plan of the townhome offered. The rooms are virtually
the same, but the elimination of the spiral staircase, coupled with the fact that
the master bedroom was enlarged in the unit offered, results in almost 200 additional sq. feet
of usable space than in the upstairs/downstairs unit.
